4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Purevelia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we cannot be held liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at contact@purevelia.com.

• Unopened products in original packaging may be returned for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping).
• Opened products may be eligible for a refund at our discretion, particularly if there is a quality issue.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
